Is the unlock a subscription?

No. It’s a one-time purchase. You pay once and own the full deck forever — there’s nothing to renew or cancel.

I bought the unlock but it’s locked on my other phone (or after reinstalling).

Open the app, go to any locked tab, tap Unlock the full deck, then tap Restore Purchase. As long as you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with, it comes back at no charge.

What’s free vs. paid?

The Daily Pull is free — one card a day. The one-time unlock adds three-card spreads, browsing all 44 cards, your private journal, and unlimited pulls.

Where is my journal stored?

Only on your device. It’s never uploaded anywhere. Deleting the app deletes the journal.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Motivate My Soul (“the app”) is designed to respect your privacy. There is no account, no sign-up, and no login.

Information we do not collect

The app does not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. It does not track you across other apps or websites, and it does not show ads. Your journal — every card you pull — is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or anyone else. If you delete the app, that data is gone with it.

Purchases

The optional one-time unlock is processed by Apple and by our payments provider, RevenueCat, Inc., which verifies that a purchase was made so the app can unlock its features and restore your purchase on your other devices. To do this, RevenueCat receives purchase details (such as the product purchased and a purchase receipt) and a randomly generated, anonymous identifier along with basic device and country information. This information is not linked to your name or identity (the app has no account) and is not used to track you. Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
